Global Head of Quantum Leap - TIBCO’s Engineering group that spearheaded customer driven innovation and product development. Created and Led TIBCO’s Global Solution Consulting Organization (Americas, Latam, EMEA, APAC, and Partners) He has global experience with Enterprise Solutions across various verticals FSI, Telco, Retail, Oil&Gas, Public Sector, High Tech Manufacturing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Software companies (SAP, Apple, eBay and others), AppSteer is his second startup. AppSteer is disrupting the economics of Enterprise Software development with AI, No-Code, and Cloud technologies. At AppSteer, he is responsible for all Global operations, GTM, Products, and Partners. AppSteer’s founding team has 100+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, AI Research/Industry Experience and successful startup experience (TIBCO, HopOn) Japinder is based in Washington DC. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his two amazing daughters, motorcycling, and reading history books. As a lifelong geek, he likes to write code as well.

Today, as a Co-founder and Chief GTM at AppSteer, Arvind plays a pivotal role of aligning Engineering, Product & Business functions together to minimize the speed differences across the teams. Previously, as a Co-founder of HopOn, Arvind led the Business to be a leading solution for Enterprise ground transport management. After 6+ years of dedication,2 rounds of investments from Times Ventures, 3 strategic pivots and expansion to 1400+ cities in India, HopOn achieved profitability. But Arvind's achievements don't end there. With a diverse skill set that transcends industries, he made significant contributions to the field of engineering and research. From setting up an industrial-grade production facility for carbon nanomaterials at Veelo Technologies in Cincinnati (USA), to authoring multiple invention disclosures in fields like nanomanufacturing, nanomedicine, and space applications at University of Cincinnati (USA), Arvind's impact reverberates far and wide. Outside the boardroom, you will see him indulging in terrace gardening or ideating controlled-environment spacesuits with micro-propellers and solar sails for Mars and beyond! His ultimate dream? To make enough money to embark on a journey to Mars, fuelled by unwavering determination and an entrepreneurial spirit that knows no limits.

Aditya Sriram is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in academia and industry. With over 12 years of industry experience, he has made significant contributions in the field of data science and artificial intelligence (AI). Aditya holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Waterloo, where he focused his thesis on the application of medical imaging and AI algorithms, particularly in X-ray analysis. His research led to the invention of the renowned AI algorithm, Projectron, and he has published articles on AI in reputable journals and conference papers. In the industry, Aditya's notable roles include driving the commercialization of DICOM and HL7 diagnosis technologies at IBM Watson Health while ensuring FDA compliance. He has also excelled as the leader of the Global Field Strategy team at Information Builders, bridging the gap between customers and the product development team through his expertise in data science and shaping the Voice of Customer program. Aditya has further showcased his skills as the Head of Enterprise Solution Architecture at TIBCO, where he leveraged his leadership and technical acumen. Currently, Aditya serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Head of AI Research & Product Development at AppSteer. Here, he spearheads customer-driven AI research and development, ensuring that the company's solutions meet the unique needs of its clients. Additionally, he is responsible for the commercialization of AppSteer's go-to-market strategy, leveraging his industry experience and AI knowledge to drive business growth.
